How to use BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base 3:

  1. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure, remove the cuticle, and gently buff the surface.
  2. Apply a dehydrator and an acid-free bonding agent (ultrabond).
  3. Apply a thin rubbing layer of rubber or scotch base coat.
  4. Apply BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №3 Bare and, if necessary, perform light nail leveling.
  5. Cure in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
  6. Wear as a standalone colored coating or continue with your desired nail design.
  7. Apply a top coat (glossy or matte) and cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
  8. Finish the procedure by applying cuticle oil.
