BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №02 Milk is a classic milky camouflage base with a clean white-milky tone and no noticeable yellow undertone. It creates a soft, elegant manicure and provides a versatile foundation for both natural-looking nail designs and brighter color applications.

The medium-consistency formula is easy to control during application and has high self-leveling properties. It spreads evenly over the nail plate and helps create a smooth, uniform surface with minimal filing required.

The built-in pigment allows BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №02 Milk to be worn on its own for a clean milky manicure or used as a base under nude and neon gel polishes when a denser, more even color result is desired.

The milky shade is also ideal for French manicures, minimalist designs and layered nail art. It pairs beautifully with white, beige, nude, pink, pastel and bright neon shades.

How to use BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base 2:

  1. Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure, remove the cuticle, and gently buff the surface.
  2. Apply a dehydrator and an acid-free bonding agent (ultrabond).
  3. Apply a thin rubbing layer of rubber or scotch base coat.
  4. Apply BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №2 Milk and, if necessary, perform light nail leveling.
  5. Cure in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
  6. Wear as a standalone colored coating or continue with your desired nail design.
  7. Apply a top coat (glossy or matte) and cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
  8. Finish the procedure by applying cuticle oil.
