MULTIBOR 406001 Carbide Nail Drill Bit is a Corn-shaped carbide bit with a green coarse cross-cut. It is designed for efficient removal of gel polish, gel, acrylic and other artificial nail materials, as well as correction of extended nails and selected pedicure procedures. The rounded Corn profile provides a broad working surface for reducing dense material.

Green Coarse Cross-Cut
The green marking indicates a coarse cut designed for active material removal. The large cross-shaped teeth provide efficient cutting of dense artificial materials, making the bit suitable when a significant amount of material needs to be removed.
The Corn shape combines a relatively wide working surface with a rounded end, allowing controlled work across the nail surface.
How to Use
Insert the bit into a compatible e-file handpiece and select the rotation speed according to the material and procedure. Work with smooth, controlled movements and moderate pressure, keeping the bit moving continuously.
The coarse green cut is intended primarily for dense artificial materials and material reduction. Avoid aggressive filing directly on the natural nail plate.
Disinfection & Sterilization
Disinfection:
- After use, place the carbide bit into a suitable disinfectant solution. The concentration and exposure time should follow the instructions of the selected disinfectant.
- Clean the working surface from product residue and filings using a nylon or brass bur-cleaning brush.
- For more effective cleaning, the use of an ultrasonic cleaner is recommended.
- Rinse the bit under running water, followed by distilled water.
- Remove excess water with a clean, dry towel.
Sterilization:
Autoclave: Place the cleaned and dried bit into a sterilization pouch and seal it before placing it in the autoclave.
Sterilization cycle: 132°C, 2 bar, 20 minutes.
Dry heat sterilization: Place the cleaned and dried bit into a dry-heat sterilizer.
Sterilization cycle: 180°C, 60 minutes.
