Description
Carbide nail drill bit Corn 41236 with a green coarse cross-cut is designed for efficient removal of gel polish, gel, acrylic and other artificial nail materials. The corn-shaped rounded cone provides a broad working surface for reducing material, correcting nail length and shape, and refining artificial nail extensions. The coarse cross-shaped teeth allow fast material removal while maintaining controlled movement during nail correction.
The bit can also be used for working with thickened natural nails and selected pedicure procedures, including the treatment of areas with hardened or thickened skin.

How to Use
Select the rotation speed according to the material and procedure. Work with light, controlled movements without excessive pressure. The coarse green cross-cut is intended for efficient material removal, so avoid unnecessary contact with the natural nail plate.
Disinfection
- After use, place the carbide bit into a suitable disinfectant solution. Follow the concentration and exposure time specified by the disinfectant manufacturer.
- Clean the working surface from material residue and filings using a nylon or brass bur-cleaning brush.
- For more effective cleaning, an ultrasonic cleaner is recommended.
- Rinse under running water, followed by distilled water.
- Remove excess water with a clean, dry towel.
Sterilization
Autoclave:
Place the cleaned and completely dried bit into a sterilization pouch, seal it and process in an autoclave.
Recommended cycle: 132°C, 2 bar, 20 minutes.
Dry heat:
Place the cleaned and dried bit into a dry-heat sterilizer.
Recommended cycle: 180°C, 60 minutes.
