How to use BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base 1:

Prepare the nail plate: perform a manicure, remove the cuticle, and gently buff the surface.
Apply a dehydrator and an acid-free bonding agent (ultrabond).
Apply a thin rubbing layer of rubber or scotch base coat.
Apply BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №1 Veil and, if necessary, perform light nail leveling.
Cure in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
Wear as a standalone colored coating or continue with your desired nail design.
Apply a top coat (glossy or matte) and cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
Finish the procedure by applying cuticle oil.
