Apply BIBLIOTEKA Cover Base №16 steel and, if necessary, perform light nail leveling.
Cure in an LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
Wear as a standalone colored coating or continue with your desired nail design.
Apply a top coat (glossy or matte) and cure in an LED lamp for 120 seconds.
Finish the procedure by applying cuticle oil.
