Application: Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base Gel or Quick Base underneath the pigmented base if recommended for your nail type. Apply the color base in two thin layers, polymerizing each layer according to the manufacturer's recommendations. A single layer with minimal nail plate leveling can also be used when appropriate.
