OPI 220/320 Grit Crescent Nail Files are double-sided nail files with a convenient crescent-shaped profile, designed for gentle shaping, smoothing and finishing of natural nails. The combination of 220 and 320 grit provides two levels of fine abrasion for different stages of manicure work.
The soft, flexible plastic base allows the file to bend slightly and follow the natural contour of the nail. The crescent shape is convenient for working with the free edge, side areas and curved sections, making the file suitable for both everyday nail care and detailed manicure work.
220/320 Grit for Natural Nails
The two sides are designed for different stages of nail care:

220 grit – suitable for shaping, shortening and smoothing the free edge of natural nails. It can also be used for gentle refinement of artificial nail material.

320 grit – a finer abrasive for smoothing the nail edge and creating a more polished finish.
The 220/320 combination is significantly gentler than coarse files such as 80/100 or 100/100 grit, making it a suitable choice for more delicate manicure work.
Crescent Shape & Soft Plastic Base
The crescent-shaped profile makes it easy to follow the natural curve of the nail and reach areas around the sidewalls and free edge. The curved edge can also be useful for precise shaping.
The soft flexible plastic base gives the file a slight amount of flexibility during use. This helps maintain closer contact with the nail surface and provides a softer feel compared with rigid nail files.
How to Use

Use the 220-grit side to gently shape or shorten the free edge of the natural nail.
- File in controlled movements, following the desired nail shape.

Switch to the 320-grit side to smooth the edge and remove minor roughness.
- Use light pressure, especially when working on natural nails.
- Replace the file when the abrasive surface becomes worn.
