Directions for Use
- Perform a manicure and remove all dust from the natural nail plate.

Apply a thin layer of Starlet Dehydrator to each natural nail.

Allow the product to air-dry for 2–5 seconds until it has completely evaporated.
- If required, apply a primer, followed by a base coat, then continue with your preferred nail enhancement system.
